Ingrediants
- 1 box phyllo dough
- 200g butter
- 2 cups of crushed nuts (pistachio, almond, walnut, cashews)
- Hint of vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 2 spoons of sugar
- Honey
- Simple syrup

Recipe
- Mix the nuts with vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and set a side
- Divide the phyllo dough in half
- Meltthe butter
- Take the first half of the phyllo dough and start adding one layer of butter and another of the dough
- Keep adding alternate layers of butter and the dough until you finish with the first half
- Add a thin layer of honey
- Add the nuts and press it with your hands
- Add a thin layer of honey
- Take the other half of the dough and start adding alternate layers of butter and the dough
- Cut the Baklava with a pizza cutter in your preferred shape
- Bake it in the oven and then broil it until it turns golden brown
- Add the sweet syrup while it's hot and add crushed pistachios for decoration
